Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) of Coralville on Monday announced grants of $180,000 to three area cultural organizations. Over the next four years, Iowa City's Summer of the Arts, the Englert Theatre and the Coralville Center for the Performing Arts will each be supported by a $60,000 contribution from IDT. "We encourage our employees to give back to their city through donations and volunteerism as well," said IDT Senior Vice President Roman Terrill. "The rich cultural atmosphere of the Iowa City-Coralville area is part of what makes this such a great place to live and work - a place that our employees can take pride in, and that will help the cities attract future residents and business."
