The BioVentures Center is where the IOWA Research Park headquarters are located. It is also the home to the Business Incubator's executive offices.

In addition to traditional office space, the 80,0000-square-foot facility is an environment that contains

• wet and dry laboratory modules
• a bi-level central corridor
• a variety of common spaces including daylit atrium, break room, lounge, and shared conference space. 

The shared spaces not only provide breakout space for its students, start up business and tenants, but also provide necessary administrative meeting spaces for potential small businesses. Our BioVentures Center tenants have access to all of shared spaces as well as access to an array of amenities and services.
