The BioVentures Center is where the Iowa Research Park headquarters are located. It is also the home to the Business Incubator's executive offices
How can Iowa Research Park help my company?
Companies come to the Research Park for a variety of reasons, such as access to research resources, specialized lab space, and proximity to the university. Regardless of your primary reason for locating at the Research Park, our highly specialized spaces, experienced team, and customizable business services can be adapted to fit your company’s needs. The Research Park provides a local infrastructure of talent, resources, and business support to help each company grow. Is parking available at each location?
Yes, we have available parking throughout the Iowa Research Park and it is free to tenants and visitors.
Is Iowa Research Park only for University of Iowa Faculty, staff and students?
No. While the Iowa Research Park supports many University of Iowa spinouts, it is open to all technology and life science companies.
Are conference rooms available for non-tenants?
Yes, you can inquire about availability through the contact us page.

Is there a daycare at the Iowa Research Park?
There are daycare services just offsite and throughout the Iowa City/Coralville/North Liberty area.

Yes, here at the BioVentures Center we offer a wide range of office space and types of buinsess needs.

Yes, there is a dedicated lactation room located on the main level of the BioVentures Center.
